Advent Gifting Event

Each year, OCPM-Houston hosts our Advent Gifting Event for children and families impacted by incarceration. This special outreach reminds families that they are not forgotten and that the Church stands beside them with compassion, hope, and practical support.

Through the generosity of volunteers, parish communities, and donors, children receive thoughtfully selected Christmas gifts while caregivers are encouraged through fellowship, support, and prayer. What began as a small effort has grown into a cherished annual tradition that brings joy to dozens of children and their families each Advent season.

Our goal is simple: to share the light of Christ with families facing difficult circumstances and to help ensure that every child experiences the love, dignity, and hope that are at the heart of the Christmas season.
